Saturday indoor training at Hottingen will usually take place at the following times:
8:30-10:00 for Under 9 players
10:00-12:00 for Under 11 players
12:00-14:00 for Under 13 players
Sunday indoor training at ZIS Adliswil
8:30-9:00 - Set-up
9:00-12:00 - Session 1
12:00-15:00 - Session 2
15:00-18:00 - Session 3

Wednesday evening net and middle practice training at Deutweg will take place from 17:00-19:30 during the outdoor season weather permitting
Thursday evening outdoor net at Deutweg will take place from 17:30-20:00 during the outdoor season weather permitting
Saturday outdoor training at Deutweg will usually take place at the following times during the outdoor season:
10:30-13:30 for Under 9, Under 11 players and Under 13 players
13:30-17:00 for Under 15 players and U17/19+ players
Saturday matches at Deutweg and Embrach
Saturday matches can take place at both Deutweg and Embrach depending on availability during the outdoor season
